Terms of Use
Last updated · 20 July 2026
Welcome to Outthink — a game where you go head-to-head with AI on a short question, and AI scores both answers without being told which is which. These terms are the agreement between you and Mito LLC(“Outthink”, “we”, “us”). By using Outthink, you agree to them. We’ve kept them plain.
Who can use Outthink
You need to be at least 13 years old. If you’re not old enough to agree to terms like these on your own where you live, please get a parent or guardian’s permission first.
Your account
Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Email us at privacy@outthinkai.app if you think someone else got in.
Playing fair
Outthink only works if everyone plays straight. Please don’t:
- cheat, automate play, or try to game your rating;
- scrape, copy, or hammer the service;
- break the law, or post hateful, harassing, or illegal content in your answers;
- try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app.
We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your answers
Your answers are yours. By submitting one, you give us permission to store it, show it back to you on the verdict screen, and use it to run and improve the game (for example, so it can be scored). Keep them clean, and don’t include personal or sensitive information you wouldn’t want stored.
AI, and your scores
Your opponent and your judge are both AI, and AI gets things wrong. Scores, ratings, and verdicts are for learning and fun — they aren’t a professional or objective measure of you or your knowledge.
Not professional advice
Some questions touch on medicine, law, and finance. Outthink is for education and entertainment only. Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. Don’t rely on it for real decisions — talk to a qualified professional.
What belongs to whom
The Outthink app, name, and design belong to Mito LLC. The questions come from third-party communities under open licenses — see our Attributions page. Please don’t reuse our brand or app without permission.
Availability
We’re still building Outthink, so things may change, break, or pause. Outthink is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Our liability
To the fullest extent Nigerian law allows, Mito LLC won’t be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from your use of a free, as-is game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Leaving, or being asked to leave
You can stop using Outthink any time and ask us to delete your account (privacy@outthinkai.app). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as Outthink grows. If we make an important change, we’ll do our best to let you know. Continuing to use Outthink means you accept the new version.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
